The Cutest House on Thirteenth Street?
Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 10:46AM
295 13th Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, is one of the most quaint, gingerbread-style houses in the neighborhood, and possibly the entire city. Built in the 1860s or '70s like most of the city's other extant wood-frame houses, it's painted shades of blue with yellow trim, and every architectural detail is intact.
According to the DOB, the building was renovated in 2000. I'd love to get a glimpse of the interior.

Love this house! There is also a house on 12th Street that has a very interesting outside paint job
This house was on the Park Slope Civic Council's annual House Tour, just this past spring!
Love the sweet window treatments in that front window.
