Dunkin' Donuts Construction Definitely Coming Along

It's been about a month since we got confirmation that Tonio's restaurant, which closed in June after 19 years on Seventh Avenue near Eighth Street, would be replaced by a Dunkin Donuts. Well, Tonio's awning has come down (revealing some interesting ghost signage renmants from a long-ago tenant), and the space has been completely gutted, with some interior construction already underway.

What are the odds they'll keep the old brick facade intact? Seems to me that if they were going to dismante it, it would have been done already.
