Realty Out, Body Rub In at 20 Seventh Avenue

The long-running real estate office at 20 Seventh Ave, between Park and Sterling, quietly closed up shop recently and is now being replaced by "Healthy Body and Foot Rub."  

 

The Cohen Realty sign was certainly nothing special, but it at least had a homey feel to it. The sign replacing it, however, looks like it was designed in ten seconds using WordPerfect. And you can barely read it! Hopefully they put more care into their healthy rubs.
