Friday Foodporn: Sliced Roast Pork From Sun Luck Kitchen

For all intents and purposes, Sun Luck is just a hole-in-the wall Chinese Food restaurant, albeit in a prime location on Fifth Avenue between Union and Berkeley. The interior is about what you would expect (fluorescent lights, a couple orange plastic booths, photos of menu items along the walls, etc), and the wonton soup tastes just like every other wonton soup, but there's one item in particular that makes it my go-to takeout spot: the Sliced Roast Pork.
I don't know how they do it, but this is one of my favorite things to eat on earth, period. A whole loin must be marinated for days, then roasted, sliced up, and coated in a sticky sweet and sour five spice sauce. It's not greasy at all, is super-lean, and a small order (above) is enough for a full meal, especially when paired with some rice. Best of all, it'll only cost you $5.75, and all orders over ten bucks come with a free can of soda.
I'll save the General Tso's Wings for another week.

OMG, it's only 9:40 and I want this!! I can't believe how good this looks. Wonder if they would deliver to me?
I've had this from Sun Luck and it is amazingly delicious.
Calling them now to see if they will deliver to me, LOL
@ParkSlopePerson You won't be disappointed!
Got it! And, yes, the sliced roast pork is yummy, I am eating it now. My lunch partner was not so sure about the chicken in garlic sauce and a couple of other dishes we got. But, the pork was excellent
