Just a week after news broke that the famous "Pink House" on Garfield Place had been sold and would be losing its coat of bright pink paint, it appears as if another building close by might be taking up the mantle.

Thanks to a tipster for sending in the above photo, which shows the building that's home to Palma Chemists on the corner of Seventh and Garfield, just half a block away from the Pink House, getting a fresh coat of pink paint. Not sure if it's just primer, but it's nice to see that there's a chance that the block won't be completely pink building-free.
