Facade Finally Complete at 70-72 Seventh Avenue

It's been nearly a year and a half since La Taqueria closed on Seventh between Berkeley and Lincoln, and in that time The Painted Pot and Noella Brew Bar moved into the space, the facade was removed, and now, finally, the storefront's remodeling is complete.

The goal was the restore the building to the way it looked when it was first built about a century ago, and it seems like they achieved that goal: the cornice looks great and the frosted glass ties it all together. Those big windows also make the front table at Noella one of the best spots in the neighborhood to enjoy a cup of coffee.
