Stop Work Order at Piccola Uva Site

Construction on the Italian restaurant/ wine bar from the owner of Tutta Pasta that's been in the works in the space last occupied by Chickadee Chick, on Seventh between Garfield and Carroll, has been stopped since August 3rd thanks to a Stop Work Order. 

According to the note pasted to the front window, the NYC Buildings Dept. put the kibosh on construction because "work was being performed in a dangerous or unsafe manor." If owner Martino Pisani plans to start serving up his dollar pizza slices, fried calamari, and baby lamb chops by September 14th as planned, he better get this sorted out prontamente.
