Checking In With 131 Sixth Avenue

It's been a little while since we last dropped by 131 Sixth Avenue, which has been under construction between Sterling and Park on the site of a former one-story restaurant and laundromat. Scott LoBaido's American flag mural was bricked over last November, the three-story building topped out shortly thereafter, and construction has been continuing apace since then. 

Last week the plywood was removed from the building's ground floor, which will be home to doctor's offices (the upper two stories will be apartments). Here's a rendering of what we can expect it to look like once construction's complete, courtesy of architects Arianna Braun:

Any idea who will be the renting agent for the medical space?

I lived next door to this building when my landlord sold it and was told that the buyer was a dentist who will be moving his office into the first floor.
