491 Fifth Avenue Coming Along

It's been over a year since demolition began on 491 Fifth Avenue (between 11th and 12th Streets), an old building that was most recently home to Tacos Nuevo Mexico, which moved next door. 

Taking a look at the three-story building that's replacing it, which recently topped out, it looks like they're sticking to a rather traditional three-window formula. Not too much room left on the avenue for new construction, so it'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.
