The Rumor Mill: "Adult Novelty Store" Coming to 328 Flatbush Avenue?

The long-vacant storefront at 328 Flatbush Avenue, between Park and Sterling Places, has been in the process of being gutted over the past few days. A dumpster has been positioned outide, and demo crews have been hard at work on the inside. But what's coming? If two separate tipsters are to be trusted, it'll be an "adult novelty store." Hmm.
Is this just the work of one particularly fiendish construction worker? Both tipsters told me that a worker inside the space told them the news.
This calls for some Independent Verification. Stay tuned...
UPDATE: There's a possibility that Crunch is expanding into the space. Will do some more digging.
UPDATE 2: I just spoke to a worker in the space myself, and he told me that "a pet store" would be moving in, selling live animals as well as supplies. When I mentioned that I heard it'll be an "adult" store, he laughed and said, "I wish." Either it's one of the above, or someone's pulling all our chains and it's a Shake Shack cover-up.

I've been told by the staff at crunch that they're expanding into the former post box space. They'll possibly be moving the spin room downstairs to that space.

Sorry buds, but I actually know what this is from talking to Tom at Crunch myself - it's an expansion of the gym, most probably a spin studio. I know that my buff abs and strong quads will look much nicer facing Flatbush Avenue. Maybe I'll even be able to knock up Erica from FIPS as I've so long desired to.
